General Description of GFG High-Efficiency Fluidizing Drier

The Boiling Drying is formed when a quantity of a solid particulate substance (usually present in a product container) is placed under appropriate conditions to cause the solid / binding agent mixture to behave as a fluid.
This is usually achieved by the introduction of pressurized fluid through the particulate medium. These results in the product move up and down and disperse into the air between the filter bag housing and the product container. The resulting phenomenon is called fluidization. Fluidized beds are used for several purposes, such as simple Dryers, Granulation, coating etc.

Work Principle of GFG High-Efficiency Fluidizing Drier

Purified and heated air is immited from the bottom by fan and passed through the screen plate of hopper.
In the studio,the materials would form fluidization through string and negative pressure, the water would be evaporated and then exhausted away quickly,so the material would be quickly drying .

1,With the circular structure, it could  avoid  the problem of dead angle effectively;
2,Designing an agitator in the hopper ,which could prevent the reunion of moist materials and channeling in the drying process;
3,Adopting reversing unload design, it become conveniently, rapidly and completely,or designing row by row on request.
4,Drying fastly, temperature uniformity,In general, the drying time for each batch is about 20 ~ 30 minutes;
5,Enclosed the negative pressure operation,which is conform to the requirement of GMP.

1,Drying the powder, granular, sheet, column, and cake-like material, general size of 50 (300 mesh), 6000 (3 mesh) micron.
2,It is applied to screw extruder particles, rock particles, and high-speed mixing granulation particles.
3,Drying the materials with strict requirements of final water content and dry temperature
♦Inorganic: Sodium perchlorate, persulfate, sodium perforate, basic nickel carbonate.
♦Organic: Aminoguanidine bicarbonate, 1-chloroanthraquinone, tartaric acid, sodium tartaric, potassium tartrate, o-chlorobenzoic, thiadiazole.
♦Medicine: SD (sulfadiazine), sulfathiazole, clarithromycin, L-tryptophan, tetracycline, sulfadoxine.
